Just a reminder... remember not to download any Metallica MP3s!!! In case you haven't heard, the've decided to sue those fans who do.
I'm really into rock and alternative music, so if you're not, don't expect to find anything mildly interesting here.
Some of my favorite bands are obviously Creed, Metallica, and Foo Fighters (they only let me have 3 pictures on this page). I also like the Smashing Pumpkins, Korn, Staind, System of a Down, Blink 182, Goo Goo Dolls, Stabbing Westward, I like alot of stuff. Oh yeah, I love the Counting Crows too (don't laugh). If you wanted to know my favorite bands, I'd just have to list off the ones that have the most songs I like, since there are lots of bands that just have one or two good songs that I like. Just ask me. Bush recently dropped off my list of favorites after I purchased Razorblade Suitcase and The Science Of Things only to find that they've gone soft. Godsmack has some cool sounds, but being a Christian, I totally can't make myself feel right about listening to them.

The most awesome band out there and my #2 favorite band (I'm still trying to find my #1 favorite)
I've seen them twice so far in concert, and the last time was at Bayfront Park Ampitheatre about 2 weeks ago. Being the main band they were amazing in concert! The first time I saw Creed was with Metallica, Seven Dust, and Kid Rock. They weren't as good there, and didn't even play "What If", which was just becoming really popular. |

In addition to just listening to music, I like going to concerts too (who doesn't?). I'm also working on teaching myself the guitar, and have been for the past year and a half, and even bought an electric recently. I'm not that great at it yet, and I can't play many rock songs, but I can play worship songs easily (so I still use my acoustic alot), and I help lead the worship at my Church youth group. By the way, if anyone has the music for any newer songs, e-mail them to me.

Yeah, I know this page isn't much.
I only have a limited amount of things that this place will let me do to my page, so this page which was supposed to be the best on my website is nothing. I wanted to have MID files of some of my favorite songs playing in the background, guitar chord charts, alot less words and more pics and stuff, etc... Oh well. Still, if you have the chords or tabs for any rock songs at all, email them to me (Cool_Dan@juno.com or find a link to click on). If I like the song I'll put it up.

Foo Fighters
I saw them in concert at the "Halloweenie Roast" on October 30, '99, which is when I decided that they were awesome. After Staind refused to show up, they became the main band there, and played all their good songs, "Monkey Wrench", "Everlong", "My Hero", "Learning To Fly" (which hadn't even quite come out yet), "Baker Street", and I think I'm forgetting one or two (Stacked Actors wasn't out yet). Anyways, their music rocks and everyone agrees, they're awesome in concert.

Caedmon's Call
(I was having a little trouble finding a good picture or logo) In my search for good Christian bands that I like, I stumbled accross these guys after seeing their self-titled cd in a store for like . They're a softer band, but I like them alot. That's the only cd by them I've really checked out yet, although I've heard a couple of songs from some other cds. My favorite song so far is "Center Aisle".
